Computer usage has made a very huge impact on our daily life. We have seen a practical computer-integration in almost every aspect of life, and this experience seems to grow day by day. There is a big challenge with society to make use of this integration, from end-user to corporate users. Department of electrical, computer and telecommunication engineering in Kampala international university has been running its transactions manually, and this has numerous short-falls like inefficiency, poor inventory, and users’ management as well as difficulties in projection, future analysis, and decisions making. The challenge of this study was to automate transactions and overcome the fore mentioned shortfalls. The methodology used includes Interviews, Questionnaires, and observation to identify the requirements for the system. The system was designed, and the system was implemented using MS Access 2010 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. Testing and validation were achieved by component, testing, bottom-up integration testing, and system testing.
